What to put in your email
Snix itself sends us nothing, so we only know what you tell us. These details help us find a problem quickly:
- Your Snix version. Choose Snix › About Snix. The version is under the name.
- Your macOS version and Mac. Choose Apple menu › About This Mac.
- What happened. What you did, what you expected, and what Snix did instead.
- A screenshot, if it shows the problem. Cover anything private first: see Hide details with covers.
Purchases and refunds
Apple handles purchases made on the Mac App Store, including refunds. To request a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem page. For any other question about a purchase, email us.
Privacy
Snix collects no data and processes your screenshots and PDFs on your Mac. Read the privacy policy, or send privacy questions and requests to privacy@snixapp.com.
Requirements
Snix runs on macOS 15 or later, natively on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
